6 weekly sessions (90 minutes each) full of practical tools and deep transformation on the following Thursdays from 12- 1:30PM EST.
Live Call Dates: June 26, July 3, July 17, July 31, August 14, August 28
Guided energy-clearing practices to clear old patterns and stress.

What if I can’t attend the live sessions?
All sessions are recorded, so you can watch them at your convenience. You won’t miss out on any of the content, and you can revisit the material whenever you need.
Will I see results by the end of the program?
While individual results may vary, many participants begin to notice significant shifts in their stress levels, energy, and overall sense of calm by the end of the program. The more you engage with the practices, the more lasting the transformation will be.
Do I need any prior experience with energy work or nervous system regulation?
No prior experience is required! This program is designed for beginners and those looking to deepen their existing practices. We’ll guide you through each step of the process.
How much time will I need to commit each week?
Each class is spaced out throughout the summer on 6/26, 7/3, 7/17, 7/31, 8/14, and 8/28, giving you plenty of time to absorb and implement the material. Each session lasts about 90 minutes, with additional time for journaling and reflection. We recommend setting aside 1-2 hours per week to engage with the content and practice the tools.
Can I join if I’m dealing with chronic stress or health issues?
Yes! Summer of Ease is designed to help anyone who is looking to manage stress and improve their well-being. However, if you have specific health concerns, it's always a good idea to consult with your healthcare provider before starting any new wellness program.
